I find myself wanting to stay longer each time I visit. Even knowing vacation renters have been in and out of it each week this season it still feels like a home filled with love.

Just a block down from that beach access you'll find a handicap accessible one.
It really does offer the best of both worlds when it comes to location. You don't have all the high expense and maintenance of being oceanfront or second row and it takes you literally 3 minutes longer to have your toes in the sand. And I'm sure you've noticed there are no single family homes on the market over 1500 square feet on the island that is move in ready to live in or rent under $1M.

It's cozy and warm yet will host a multitude of people and pets quite comfortably. Believe me, I've seen it. Not just during the day but at night too.
The living, dining and kitchen are open concept just enough. Each have their own defined space and plenty of it while being able to enjoy each other's company comfortably from every room.
The living room is bright and airy with soft natural light pouring through the new windows. Styled with coastal sophistication, yet not in anyway pretentious you'll love how comfortable it is.
The dining room seats eight while the bar stools at the kitchen peninsula offer four overflow seats. There is also lots of extra space for a smaller children's table if needed. The kitchen offers an immense amount of storage. Cabinets and counters for dayzzzz. You have all the elbow room you'll need in this space.
All the appliances including washer and dryer, housewares, decor, linens, furniture (with the exception of the couch in the living room - which we are happy to replace) convey with home. All you need is your toothbrush and flip flops.
Off the side of the living room you'll find a door to the space that hosts the elevator and access to a back porch and stairs down to the fenced in yard. This is perfect for letting the dogs out into a secure area. If your dogs are anything like the ones I know they'll take a ride on the elevator back up before they'll choose the stairs. I know a lot of old dogs :).
Thoughtfully furnished with king beds in all three bedrooms downstairs, your adult guests will thank you for it, especially while their little ones play, chill, and sleep upstairs in the huge fourth bedroom that host two sets of bunkbeds, a double bed plus a large amount of open floor space. The ability to separate while on vacation is key - am I right?
