Lot 86 on Donegal Circle (0:49-4:14): This angler home is in the drywall stage. It features an office, a secondary bath and bedroom, and an open living space (1:44). The property offers a pond view from the back (1:53) and the primary suite (3:15). There's a vacant lot next door that may offer temporary privacy (2:28).
