Properties are flying off the market in the Brunswick County Islands area and if you want to scoop đ¨đŚđ¨đŚđ¨ one up in the $200,000 and under range before it's gone you better be in for a race because it's gotten a little đđđđ here recently.
I prepared a collection of move-in ready homes all under $200,000 to send to this awesome buyer client of mine last week. Within a 24 hour period, half of those homes were under contract. The inventory for homes in this price range was already low and now this fast-moving market creates an even faster sense of urgency when trying to find the best beach bargains.

Close to the Beach: 10-15 minutes from one of the four Brunswick Islands (Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Holden Beach, Oak Island).
