Bye, bye ✌️ Mr. Ansley.

This charming fellow was the beginning of something special. See, for a builder who has big plans to build the same floor plan in the same general location multiple times, what the first one sells for and more importantly appraises for, matters a lot. A whole lot!

We shot for the moon on 47th Street and made it. Sure there were doubters, especially the neighbors, but it is so fun to turn those doubters into believers while simultaneously raising their property value 😆 .

This lovely home sold for $590,000 and appraised for $593,000. Thanks to Trey Howard for a smooth transaction with your wonderful buyers! I hope they love the Ansley as much as I did.

As for the other three Ansley's completed and under construction they are creating believers of their own. We sought to fill a gap in the market for buyers looking to have plenty of space, storage, nice finishes, and easy-breezy worry-free beach living without having to climb up a ton of stairs.

What are you looking for in a beach home that you can't seem to find anywhere? Maybe we'll just build it!

Let me introduce you to Ansley. His size is quite deceptive. He may look petite on the outside, but he’s all brains and brawn on the inside. His classic cozy cottage exterior offers a warm welcome to the over 1700 square feet of modern, easy-breezy beach living. This one has Sold, but you can build it!

This very thoughtful plan is oozing with coastal charm and luxurious details throughout including the furniture that comes along. Impact windows keep you from having to board up during a storm while it’s location in the X Flood Zone requires no flood insurance if you are getting a loan.

Timeless shiplap adorns the living, dining, bar looking into the kitchen, and up the stairway adding to the cozy cottage feel.

The first thing you are bound to notice in the kitchen is the gorgeous quartz that provides so much counter space. Stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, white shaker soft close cabinets, and a lovely backsplash make this kitchen very handsome.

Through a pocket door you’ll find the laundry room with cabinets above and the door that leads out to the cutest garage. Head through the backdoor past the hot/cold outdoor shower and into the backyard that just so happens to be big enough for a pool! Yes! If you didn’t want a pool - we’ll be glad to finish off the backyard with lush sod like in the front.

Back inside durable, waterproof, and virtually indestructible luxury vinyl plank flooring guides you throughout the entire home including past the powder room and into the owner’s suite. This spacious retreat has a huge walk in closet with built in shelving, access to a back patio through sliding glass doors under the pergola, and a to die for luxurious master bath featuring a double sink vanity, stand alone tub for relaxing, and a gorgeous tile shower wrapped in a frameless door. All the furniture you see in this space comes along. So beautiful and so convenient.

The tankless water heater leaves enough hot water for all your guests and believe me you can fit plenty of those in the two huge bedrooms upstairs as well as an office area.

Open railing and shiplap guide you up where a loft/office/play space awaits between two very spacious guest bedrooms. Each bedroom offers storage on either side and enough room for multiple bed including two sets of bunk beds. We didn’t quite know how you would like to furnish these rooms so we are offering a $2500 credit to choose the furniture that will be the best fit for you.

Guests will share a very lovely bath with a double sink vanity, linen closet and tub/shower combination wrapped with tile. It’s SOOOOO PRETTY!!

All of this right down the street from both the Intracoastal Waterway with the public boat ramp on E Yacht and 55th and of course the beach is just moments away in the other direction past town hall, Middleton Park, the basketball courts, the new Splash Pad, the Beach Cabana offering public bathrooms and a ocean front deck to enjoy a sand free lunch without having to head back home. A day spent at the beach has never been more chill.

I love this home and know you will too. J.R. Huntley Homes is building this same floor plan with some minor changes in 3 other locations on the island. Stop on by 320 NE 47th Street and ask me about them.
