Chilling 🧊 Previews of The Hottest 🔥 Townhomes + Condos in the Brunswick Islands 🌊


Wowza! I'm not sure why Niki and I picked one of the coldest Tuesdays of the year to go hunting for the hottest 🔥 townhomes and condos that Brunswick Islands have to offer, but we did and it was awesome!


We survived the chill as we ventured from Sunset Beach all the way to Oak Island for the very first edition of Townhouse Tuesday. Yippee!



The journey ends at dusk with a gorgeous sunset off the master bedroom balcony of my favorite townhouse of the day. So be sure to stay tuned until the end.

The condos in The Regency at Sunset Beach feel SOOOO much larger than 1,840 square feet. The rooms are incredibly spacious for this floor plan size and don't even get me started on the size of the GINOURMOUS balconies overlooking the pool and community dock on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Beautiful ICW water views, loads of amenities, minutes from Sunset Beach. Yay!


The only negatives compared to other townhomes/condos we viewed this Tuesday were there is no covered parking or garage and the design and style of finishes were a little dated compared to other homes this day. However most of this week's tour was new construction. All in all, The Regency at Sunset Beach was really impressive for the existing condo inventory on the market.

When complete the neighborhood will have 66 townhomes ranging from 1,800 to 2,300 square feet starting in the low $300Ks. While there are no amenities in the community, Saltwater Palms offers maintenance free living including lawn care and beautiful nature and pond views. Plus you're only a block away from the bridge that leads you to the best amenity around - the island of Ocean Isle Beach.

I just 🧡 Winding River Plantation. I'd say it has my heart by how much I've been crushing on her lately, but I'm not sure any place can fill my soul like Oak Island. However, when you combine awesome amenities with low HOA fees, proximity to everything you need, and deals like this townhome, you can't help but give Winding River Plantation a double take.


When you include the 432 Extra Square Feet with One Bedroom, Bath, Kitchenette, and Separate Entrance perfect for an In Law Suite downstairs, this home is listed at $94.88 a square foot. It's been reduced to $215,000 recently. This is a great deal for sure.

This home is the best vacation rental investment of all the townhomes we saw on this Townhouse Tuesday for a number of reasons. 5 bedrooms, large open floor plan, elevator, panoramic water views, fishing off the community pier, and of course the beach is right across the street.
