“While Brunswick County’s real estate market has been consistently strong over the past couple of years, I was caught off guard by January’s sharp increases in homes sold and sales volume,” said BCAR CEO Cynthia Walsh. “Prices are up, and homes are continuing to sell quickly as we move toward Spring.”
Uh...yea! To the tune of a 60.1% spike in sales volume and 42.3% jump in units sold.
The average sales price 12.5% from $257,555 to $289,675. 🤩🤩🤩
