Is the Brunswick County Real Estate Market on 🔥 in 2020?

You betcha! 💪

“While Brunswick County’s real estate market has been consistently strong over the past couple of years, I was caught off guard by January’s sharp increases in homes sold and sales volume,” said BCAR CEO Cynthia Walsh. “Prices are up, and homes are continuing to sell quickly as we move toward Spring.”

Uh...yea! To the tune of a 60.1% spike in sales volume and 42.3% jump in units sold.

Crazy huh?

The average sales price 12.5% from $257,555 to $289,675. 🤩🤩🤩

Ask him about his FHA and USDA programs with as little as 3% down. Oh and here are 3 great reasons to get pre-approved today.

Attention Sellers: If you watched the video you probably know by now it is a FABULOUS time to sell your home.

Especially if your home is priced under $200,000. There is a lack of inventory in Brunswick County in this price range.

Remember this "cutie pie 🥧"? She had showing requests within an hour of it hitting the market and offers on the first day. Bananas! 🍌🍌

If you follow my 3Ps (Price. Presentation. Promotion) then you will probably sell within the first week on market with multiple offers.
