Just because you don't live in the Brunswick Islands/County area doesn't mean you have to miss out on the homes you are loving online. The last three buyers I've worked with all wrote up a contract on a home they did not see in person. Two of them are under contract moving towards closing. The third one didn't get the terms she wanted in negotiations so we are still hunting for the right second home for her.
