  3. We get firm pricing before we advertise


    The builder gets takeoffs from their trade contractors so we know today’s real cost to build that home on your land. That means:

    • Clear, upfront pricing

    • No guessing games about “how much will it cost to build?”

    • A solid baseline price for buyers, with room to upgrade finishes if they want


  4. We create multiple home + land options for buyers


    We select several floor plans at different price points to appeal to a wide range of buyers looking to build in your community. Buyers can:

    • Choose their favorite floor plan

    • Choose their preferred builder (from our portfolio)

    • Customize finishes like countertops, cabinetry, and more


  5. We market your land as a home + land package


    Using my real estate marketing and new construction expertise, we:

    • Advertise your land with specific homes and prices attached
