My incredible client just closed on the cutest lot ever on Oak Island. I worked with the sweetest sellers ever to get it sold and now this small but mighty lot is going to have a beautiful home. It's a challenge because of the small buildable footprint but its proximity to the beach, Intracoastal Waterway, and everything else the Yaupon area has to offer makes it extra special.
We think we definitely want to go with a house on pilings to maximize the space of the small lot for parking and storage under the house but can't decide on whether to go one story or two stories.
Our building footprint is limited because of the size of the lot but we do have the cutest plans brought to us by the amazing Eric Rainwater and Amanda Mykoo 🥰🥰🥰 of Rainwater Coastal Development to choose from.
So what do you think? Should we build this one-story plan, The Topsail, or a little bit larger two-story plan, The Coastal?
Or should we go two story and a tiny bit bigger with the Coastal?
