June CRUSHED it like NO other month in 15 YEARS

Ya'll this market update is WAY late but hey, better late than never, right? July's numbers will be out later in the week and they'll be following soon but for now...

Yea the Brunswick County Residential Real Estate market had me nervous sweating in May but June rolled in and I'm all smiles 😊😊😊 because she absolutely.........

CRUSHED IT!

June 2020 dunked all over every other month prior for the last 15 years. YES - that's right, it's been 15 years since we've had a single month sales volume this high. Take that CORONA!

“June’s sales numbers are so high that I had to do a double-take to make sure I was reading them correctly,” said BCAR CEO Cynthia Walsh. “It took six months of total sales in 2012 to outpace last month alone. Our market has bounced back from the effects of COVID-19 and then some.”

Rather watch than read? I've got you covered. Just click below for the June 2020 Brunswick County Residential Real Estate Market Statistics video.
